Carisoprodol as a medication relaxes the muscles and relieves pain. Discomfort caused by muscle injuries such as strains and spasms cause the muscle to be painful and can only be treated through the use of muscle relaxants

Directions for Intake:

• Carisoprodol is taken orally, as often as indicated in the prescription of your doctor
• Finish the entire amount that was prescribed even after beginning to feel better
• Take any missed dose as soon as it is remembered. However, do not double the dosage of your medication at any particular assigned time
• In case of overdosing, seek medical attention immediately
• Must be used together with adequate rest and physical therapy to maximize its effectivity

Directions for Storage:

• Store this medication in a place away from moist, light and extreme heat
• The appropriate temperature for the storage area is between 59 to 86 degrees Fahrenheit or 15 to 30 degrees Celsius
• Also choose a storage area that is not easily accessible to children

Precautions:

• Consult your doctor before taking Carisoprodol. Make sure to give your doctor a complete background of your medical history
• Inform your physician of any other prescription or over-the-counter medications that you’re currently taking, especially the following medications: sedatives, tranquillizers, sleeping pills, narcotic pain relievers, anti-depressants, and anti-histamine medications
