Buspar
Buspar is used to relieve nervousness, anxiety, and tension. Buspar may also be used for premenstrual syndrome.
Directions for Intake:
- Buspar is taken orally, as often as indicated in the prescription of your doctor
- May be taken with or without prior meal
- Finish the entire amount that was prescribed even after beginning to feel better
- Take any missed dose as soon as it is remembered. However, do not double the dosage of your medication at any particular assigned time
- In case of overdosing, seek medical attention immediately
Directions for Storage:
- Store this medication in a place away from moist, light and extreme heat
- The appropriate temperature for the storage area is between 59 to 86 degrees Fahrenheit or 15 to 30 degrees Celsius
- Also choose a storage area that is not easily accessible to children
Precautions:
- Consult your doctor before taking Buspar. Make sure to give your doctor a complete background of your medical history
- Inform your physician of any previous experience of having kidney or liver disease
- This medication may cause dizziness or drowsiness. Activities that require you to be alert (i.e. driving or operating heavy machineries) should be avoided
- If you are pregnant or planning to get pregnant, consult your doctor before taking Buspar
- If you are lactating, it may be harmful to use Buspar
